Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for providing comprehensive support across sales, marketing, event coordination, rider/ambassador management, and organic social media activities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation

Manage day-to-day operations across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create, schedule, and post content that reflects the brand and drives engagement
Use platforms like AgoraPulse, Sprout, or Hootsuite for scheduling and reporting
Monitor social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and engage with the community
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
Stay up to date with trends, best practices, and platform updates

Rider & Ambassador Support

Act as main liaison for sponsored athletes and ambassadors through all of our segments (Powersports, Performance Auto and Bicycle)
Coordinate product shipments, sponsorship agreements, and promotional support
Collect content/assets from athletes and help amplify their presence
Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, and brand activations
Attend events to assist with content creation, brand visibility, and athlete engagement

Sales & Marketing Coordination

Assist with sales team support, order processing, and customer follow-ups
Maintain CRM systems and assist with sales reporting and presentations
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials (brochures, newsletters, promo items)
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Help plan and execute trade shows, product launches, and other events
Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-site setup/teardown
Track event expenses and prepare post-event recaps

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience managing social media for a brand (preferably in powersports, automotive, or lifestyle industries)
Strong writing, communication, and visual content creation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Experience with social media tools like AgoraPulse, Sprout, or Hootsuite
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with athletes, influencers, or brand ambassadors
Passion for powersports, motorsports, or cycling is highly preferred
Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends for events
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs when supporting event logistics
