Maxima Racing Oils products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence and improper handling. Maxima Racing Oils makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Maxima Racing Oils shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Maxima Racing Oils product contains a defect, you may contact Maxima Racing Oils for warranty evaluation. All returns must be authorized in advance by MAXIMA RACING OILS and are subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee upon return.

Shipment weight is certified before orders leave MAXIMA RACING OILS. Any discrepancy must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Claims must be made to the carrier on “damaged-in-transit” items.
