Q: How do I receive free freight?

All orders totaling $75 or more will receive free shipping. Promo codes and sales cannot be combined with free freight offer.

Online orders will be shipped through UPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping cost will vary depending on weight and shipping method. Shipment weight is certified before orders leave Maxima Racing Oils. Any discrepancy must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Claims must be made to the carrier on “damaged-in-transit” items.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. Shipping may vary depending on product availability. Please anticipate extended delivery dates due to covid-19. Shipping will vary during our holiday break.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product and reason for the return.

We guarantee a two-year shelf life for all of our products when kept sealed and away from extreme environments. There is a date code etched on each bottle above the back label. (Last two digits are the year). Products older than two years are not necessarily spoiled, but they should be poured into a clear container first and inspected for unusual appearance. Maxima Racing Oils products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence and improper handling. Maxima Racing Oils makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Maxima Racing Oils shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Maxima Racing Oils product contains a defect, you may contact Maxima Racing Oils for warranty evaluation. For a warranty evaluation, please contact Maxima Racing Oils at 619 449 5000.
