Q: When can I expect my order delivered?

A: If an order is placed before 12 PM PST, we do our best to ship out same day. Estimated delivery dates change based on location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is ready to ship out.

We do not open or respond to any emails containing attachments unless requested by our team. These generally go directly into our spam folders for security purposes. For best results send an email with NO attachments unless a Maxima team member has requested attachments.
